Sebo is the Founder and Managing Director of ER Capital and brings more than thirty years of experience in entrepreneurship and financial management. Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership positions within leading international organisations and has successfully built and grown several businesses of his own. His expertise spans strategic management, asset management and commercial real estate. In addition, he has served in a number of supervisory roles, including several non-executive directorships.

Sebo studied Business Economics at Erasmus University Rotterdam. He has extensive experience in developing and implementing corporate strategy and leading organisations through various stages of growth and transformation. His leadership style is characterised by analytical rigour, sound corporate governance and a strong client focus.

Michelle provides executive support to the Founder and Managing Director of ER Capital, as well as the wider management team. As a dependable and unifying presence within the organisation, she maintains oversight, brings structure to day-to-day operations and ensures the efficient coordination of internal processes. She is responsible for human resources, organises management meetings and coordinates a wide range of projects. In addition, she oversees the planning and execution of major corporate events, ensuring every detail is carefully managed.

Michelle joined ER Capital in 2013 following her studies in Office Management at Schoevers. Over the years, she has developed extensive expertise in executive support and human resources. Her approach is characterised by structure, proactivity and commitment.

Anne, ER Capital's Head of Finance, has extensive experience in business control, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), and operations within international organisations. Prior to joining ER Capital, she worked at Barclays Investment Bank in London and held senior finance leadership roles at ERIKS. At ER Capital, Anne is responsible for leading the finance team.

She combines an analytical, data-driven approach with strong stakeholder management skills and a keen focus on strategic decision-making.

Anne holds a degree in Financial Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam and completed the Executive Master in Finance & Control, qualifying her as a Registered Controller (RC).

Damon is a Financial Controller at ER Capital. Prior to joining the firm, he spent more than ten years in accountancy, including serving as an Audit Manager at Deloitte, where he specialised in auditing and advising medium-sized and large organisations.

Damon's expertise lies in complex financial reporting and accounting matters. He combines strong technical knowledge with a pragmatic approach and a keen focus on quality and risk management. This is underpinned by his academic background in Accountancy at Nyenrode Business University, where he obtained his BSc, MSc and Post-Master qualifications. At ER Capital, he plays an active role in supporting the organisation in delivering reliable and high-quality financial reporting.

With a background in accountancy and entrepreneurship—having previously run her own bookkeeping practice—Mary-Ann brings a broad perspective on financial administration to ER Capital's Finance team. She is responsible for the firm's day-to-day financial administration and the accurate recording of financial transactions.

Mary-Ann's career did not begin in finance. After spending several years working as a chef, she discovered her passion for numbers and financial services. This led her to study Accounting at Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences. Through her work at several accountancy firms, she developed into an experienced bookkeeper and assistant accountant. She is known for her commitment, accuracy and practical approach.

Niels is a Control & Reporting Associate within ER Capital's Finance team. In this role, he supports the Head of Finance across a broad range of financial and administrative activities, with a particular focus on financial processing, analysis and reporting. He is responsible for the accurate recording of financial transactions, reconciliations and supporting schedules, and plays an active role in the preparation of external audits and the annual financial reporting process. This includes compiling, organising and reviewing financial documentation, as well as assisting with accounting adjustments and the continuous improvement of financial administration.

Niels is due to complete his Master's degree in Financial Economics at Erasmus University Rotterdam this summer. His approach is characterised by accuracy, structure and a practical mindset.

Marieke is Head of New Business at ER Capital, where she is responsible for originating and structuring the firm's real estate financing transactions and identifying new opportunities for investment fund propositions. Prior to joining ER Capital, she worked at the London office of Fiduciam, where she focused on real estate finance, credit analysis and risk management.

Marieke combines a legal background with expertise in credit underwriting, deal structuring and strategic relationship management.

She obtained her Bachelor's degree in Dutch Law from Leiden University, followed by a Master's degree in Information Law from the University of Amsterdam. She also earned a Certificate in Financial Accounting from Harvard Business School.

Since the reverse listing of ER Capital, Eva's focus has shifted from Marketing to Investor Relations. She is responsible for the firm's positioning towards investors and other key stakeholders. She serves as the primary point of contact for both prospective and existing investors and is involved in stakeholder management, business development, compliance processes and corporate governance. In addition, she translates investment propositions into clear and consistent communications while ensuring careful alignment with regulators and other relevant parties.

Eva studied Constitutional and Administrative Law as well as Political Science at Leiden University. She has extensive experience as an executive and fundraiser in the cultural and non-profit sectors. Her approach is characterised by analytical rigour, a client-focused mindset and a strong ability to build and maintain meaningful relationships.

Regina is Manager Investor Relations at ER Capital and is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with private investors. Drawing on her background in the financial services sector, relationship management and entrepreneurship, she connects investor capital with carefully selected real estate investment opportunities. She supports investors throughout the entire investment journey, ensuring transparency, clear communication and a well-managed investment process built on trust.

Regina works with both smaller and larger private investors, as well as owner-managers investing through their own investment companies. She also maintains close relationships with financial intermediaries. Her approach is personal, committed and focused on building long-term relationships while ensuring clear expectations at every stage of the process.

Jessica is Head of Real Estate at ER Capital and is responsible for the firm's entire real estate portfolio. Her expertise spans both commercial and technical asset management, with a strong focus on value optimisation, maintenance and portfolio performance. She also plays a key role in the strategic expansion of the portfolio, including the acquisition of new properties that align with ER Capital's long-term investment objectives.

Jessica leads initiatives aimed at optimising and expanding the portfolio while maintaining close relationships with property owners, estate agents, tenants and technical partners. Having discovered her passion for real estate more than twenty years ago, she has built extensive experience across all aspects of property management. Her approach is proactive, strategic and focused on creating sustainable value and fostering long-term partnerships.

Lizzy is a Property Manager at ER Capital and is responsible for the commercial, technical and financial management of the firm's real estate portfolio. Her expertise lies in optimising asset performance while building and maintaining long-term relationships with tenants and maintenance partners. She combines a direct and pragmatic approach with genuine commitment and a solution-oriented mindset, always focusing on quality, continuity and performance.

Lizzy works closely with tenants, estate agents and technical partners, ensuring clear communication and efficient collaboration. She is also responsible for overseeing leasing and contract management processes, maintenance planning and the optimisation of existing properties. In addition, she supports the acquisition process for new real estate investments. Lizzy has a background in property management and is currently studying Law.

Monique is the face of ER Capital and the first point of contact for both visitors and colleagues. As Relationship Manager, she provides support across all departments, ensuring that everyone receives a warm welcome and excellent service. From greeting visitors and organising business lunches to supporting the Real Estate, Sales and Finance teams, Monique helps keep the day-to-day operations running smoothly while maintaining oversight behind the scenes.

With extensive experience in customer-facing roles, Monique places service excellence and personal attention at the heart of everything she does. She thrives in a dynamic working environment and, through her structured approach, commitment and keen eye for detail, ensures that processes run efficiently and that both colleagues and visitors feel well supported.

As a member of the Real Estate team, Anna, together with her colleague Thomas, serves as the primary point of contact for both tenants and maintenance contractors. True to her Rotterdam roots, Anna has a hands-on approach and is known for her solution-oriented mindset and strong communication skills.

Anna studied at the Grafisch Lyceum Rotterdam. Although her education was rooted in design, her interest in the real estate sector led her to pursue a career in property management, where she has developed a practical and customer-focused approach.

As a Property Manager at ER Capital, Thomas supports the management of the firm's real estate portfolio and helps ensure that day-to-day operations run efficiently. His hands-on approach, service-oriented mindset and strong organisational skills make him a valuable member of the Real Estate team.

With a background in event management, Thomas brings an energetic and well-structured approach to property management, combining practical problem-solving with a strong focus on delivering excellent service.

Following his graduation internship at ER Capital, Anton joined the firm as a Data Analyst, where he focuses on transforming data into valuable business insights and optimising internal processes. His analytical mindset and strong communication skills enable him to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.

Anton graduated cum laude from Rotterdam Business School in June 2026 with a degree in Global Marketing & Sales.
